Centoco's Limited Guarantee

Centoco’s plastic seats are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. This guarantee does not apply to any standard grade or budget residential plastic toilet seats used in non-residential installations, including hotels and motels.

This guarantee does not apply to any seats which are modified in any way or used on any type of installation or unit other than conventional water closets. This guarantee is in lieu of all other guarantees, expressed or implied, and all other obligations or liabilities on the part of the authorized seller. The seller guarantees that it will furnish, by replacement or credit, any seats proved to the sellers’ satisfaction to be defective under guarantee agreement. No claims will be allowed for labor or any other expenses involved with replacing defective product.
